ok, so I was wondering if any of you have chosen something a little different for the wording of your invitations? I am having a nightmare! I need to get these out in the next couple of weeks and they will be from me and H2B but I wanted something a little different, not to traditional...

Any idea's ladies cos im well and truly stuck!!!!

My daughter has written mine it goes something like this (shes got it in her room....SOMEWHERE?)

Courtney, Rebekah and Bayley would like you to come and celebrate the wedding of their mum HAILEY DAWN to MATTHEW KYSTIAN
on Friday 29th April 2011. The wedding and reception is all taking place in the wonderful grounds of Orton Hall in Peterborough.
This will take place at 1.30pm so please come dressed in your most prettiest and smartiest clothes to join us in this most special day.
We will then have a wedding breackfast at 3.00 so we hope your hungry then we want to see you danceing to the music while we celebrate the day with an evening disco and buffet.
We hope you can come and would like you to reply by xxxxxx so we can make sure everything is arranged just for you.

This isnt exactly what it says as cant find it but it is on an earlier post on here wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back there somewhere lol. :-)

OMG that is soooo sweet what a lovely idea to have the invitation from the children!!!! I love it hun, thank you! We have four children between us but im sure we could adapt it to suit! Am loving it!!!!

We've done our invitations from the kids too. We delivered them yesterday and have had so many people tell us what a lovely idea it is

Yep I think im gonna go down that route! With my mum and dad divorced and barely talking and my H2B's mum and dad are also split up plus his mother being the way she is (effing doolally wish I didn't have to invite her, she told me I had to lose weight by the time the wedding is here, so I told her where to go, this was on Christmas Eve oops lol)

So yes an invite from the children is looking like a great idea, thanks ladies!! x x
