Hi, we are looking to get married in turkey! anyone got married there? who did you book with? we were looking to get married blue lagoon but been told to sign etc it would be a 4hour trip there and back!

We were looking to get married at Holiday Village but were put off by the transport times to the British Consulate. When I looked into it it was also very expensive to get all the paperwork sorted. I really wanted to get married in turkey but settled with Greece instead!

The wedding planner I've gone with has included the translation fees with the arrangement package, so yes it was a lot cheaper than turkey. If you search for weddings abroad I've previously posted how much everything is costing us.
