    i am so fuming about the whole palava of ordering from UKbride supermarket it has been a disaster and would urge other B2Bs to think carefully before using the supermarket!! On Oct 17th i ordered a gorge tiara from ************* via the supermarket, i have looked at my bank statement and the money came out of my account on the 19th Oct. 3 weeks later i posted on the forum about being dissapointed with how long it was taking for my purchase to be delivered and was having trouble contacting the seller. i finally found them on facebook and they were very vague and said they had only just recieved UKBride invoices and would check stock asap and give me a estimated delivery date. A week later still no date of delivery and i was still struggling to make contact with them. Finally got a hold of them this morning who report that they have already spoken to UKBride as my order has been cancelled due to being out of stock of the tiara. They said UKBride had told them they would contact me asap about the cancellation of my purchase but i hadnt heard anything from UKBride about this. Just so dissapointed with the whole thing and i will certainly not be using the UKBride supermarket again!! :-( away to have a coffee and calm down!! xxx

    That's rubbish!

    I think that sounds like nonsense. It shouldn't be left to Ukbride to contact you, it should have been the company themselves! It sounds like they are very unreliable and are just trying to pass the buck.

    I hope you have recieved your money back since the order has been cancelled.

    i not trying to blame UKBride or the seller but there has definately been a huge lack of communication and a lot of confusion and its left me really upset as not only did i have my heart set on the tiara but ive had to delay my dress fitting as i needed to see it on with tiara before i could chose rest of accessories and viel etc :-( xxx

    we fit together perfectly. . .like a jigsaw puzzle.

    That' a shame that you had your heart set on it. I don't really know how the supermarket on here works. My impression though was that it was the same sort of idea as the bookface shops therefore would have nothing really to do with UKbride. I may be wrong though.

    I hope you manage to find another that you love just as much x

    That's rubbish - I hope they sort out your refund speedy enough seeing as they took it off you straight away - normally they don't take money until dispatch so that's out of order!

    id be fumin with that, tho as a newbie not rally sure how supermarket works, id have thought though, owing that it was out of stock, they themselves should have contacted you.

    im not really sure about how it works either which is why it is so confusing to me!! The purchase confirmation email came from UKBride and the seller says that it is UKBride who i have paid as it takes a upto a couple months for the money to transfer to them?? I agree that i think they are trying to pass the buck tho as it sounds wierd that UKBride would need to contact me to let me know my purchase had been cancelled as ud think thatd be the sellers responsibility? Who knows, ive emailed J so hopefully will be able to sort all this out asap :-( if anybody is thinking of purchasing bridal accessories via the suppliers on this site and wish to know the seller i had purchased my tiara from (so that they can avoid them) feel free to pm me xxx

    I`m really sorry you have been treated like this hun, as far as i was concerned apart from paying to advertize on the site i didnt think any supplier had any other dealings ...... we will all await J clarification
