you only need to cater for 70% of the evening guests, hope this helps xx

we are just having an evening buffet as we dont get married till 4pm, we are inviting around 170 people, but have decided to cater for 140, we can change this when we get the official numbers in when the rsvp's come back but we wanted there to be plenty of food as its not served until 7pm and some of the guests will have been there since about 3.30pm so wanted plenty to go around, and i dont think that there will be much let over :) x

we are having an evening buffet, we get married at 4pm, having a few sandwiches and nibbles for the guests coming to the ceremony, evening guests invited at 7pm the buffet at 8-8.30pm. we have approx 120 at the evening and caterer said he would cater for approx 80. x

thats roughly the same number as me. I'm going to cater for 150 i think. at least then i wont be worrying if theres enough food to go around. I have also not included any young children in my head count because they'll probably only have a nibble at something small
