    I am desperate to find two eggplant Alfred Angelo bridesmaid dresses, and have been posting in a few other wedding forums. They all have a For Sale/Wanted section. I understand why we cant have a for sale section, but can we have a wanted section? So that if anyone is selling or getting rid of something they no longer want, they can maybe match it up to somebody that wants it?

    (anyway the dresses i want are size 10 and 16 (or that can be altered to fit) and preferably style 6477 but will consider any in the Eggplant colour!)

    Does it have to be that designer? My dresses are eggplant, ronald joyce dresses, they are really nice but not sure if it an exact match, might be worth checking out his dresses x

    i already have one Alfred Angelo dress in style 6477 in a size 22 for my sister. (got it for £15 off ebay!) and hoped it would be easy enough to get two smaller ones.

    so if i change designer completely then I would need 3 dresses, in a 10, 16 and 22.

    we went into Debenhams to try on dresses and their 22 was lil bit small......... mind you I tried on a 14 (which I am) and they were a bit tight on me too.

    Hey ladies, I do think this is a good idea :)

    However there may be some issues regarding advertising etc. Suppliers could see it as they're not selling as much via the website as we'd be finding pre-loved, cheaper items from each other so J may not be up for this idea.

    That said leave it with us mods and we'll at least ask him

    Oooo let us know what the big bad boss man has to say because I like the idea too. Even if its just a place where we can ask a question like do you know where to get so and so. That way while we are out and about in our searches we can let brides know if we have found what they are looking for and that would also give suppliers a chance to respond too and say they have such a product.
