January is one hell of a month tho, I wouldn't be able to do it then cos I don't get paid for 6 whole weeks since I get an early Christmas wage

my personal opinion is that if we postpone till after xmas there will be another reason that x amount of people can't make it and there will always be a reason to postpone, plus the other meet up's are supposed to be happening at the end of this month. i would stick with the end of the month for the people that can make it and try to organise another one for next february. after all february is around 3 months away. xx

Girls I'm really sad to have to inform you that I cannot manage the 27th of this month due to working on the Friday night and not finishing until 8am on the Saturday morning, then back out to work again on the Saturday night .... hiya, i'm really sorry but i won't be able to make it, my workmate got suspended for fighting today at work, bloody idiot, over nothing too. now i have to work this weekend. i'm really gutted about it, but it's a new job and i don't want to rub them up the wrong way, there isn't anyone else that could do it. xx

I hope to be well enough to travel by February for the meet then but it would be cool if it could be more central for the likes of myself and Becca who would be travelling from Aberdeen area and also Linzi who would be travelling down from Inverness so maybe the likes of Perth would be acceptable. If I am able to travel then I can give Becca a lift and if Linzi doesnt fancy driving all the way from Inverness I could give her a lift from Aberdeen. Just a thought or 2. xx

Thanks Spooney! Perth would be great, I would have no problems driving down there. And its reasonably easy to get about in Perth without a sat nav. Would never attempt Glasgow in the car, cause would just end up driving round in circles all day!

Cool guys thanks for the thoughts. Well I just said the first weekend in feb as it's the nearest poss time after the horrendous month of jan, however nobody has said wether they can/cannot make it then so it's not set in stone at all. if u would like make it the 26th so u can come Linzi, and that way everyone else has plenty of notice too. My geography is total pants so I don't know who this woud apply to, but I am willing to pick anyone up who may be on the way from Glasgow to Perth as well!! x
