i was wondering if anyone could help me. i am looking for caterers that work to a small budget, however i have coeliac disease which means i cannot eat anything that contains wheat/gluten or anything contaminated (i.e cooked in the same pan/oil etc..) as other food that has wheat/gluten in it. i live in lincolnshire. any ideas would be greatly appreciated, many thanks

All caterers will provide for food allergies just let them know that your coeliacs & they will ensure that its all met, they have to by health & safety prepare the food all sepratly from food containing gluten & wheat xxx

i think you would be best getting someone that knows you to make yours thwn find a cheap one to make the rest i think you will find that people will try and charge more for "special foods" i would get a home made for you and then as i said just to be safe you don't want to be ill on your day x

The only reason they charge more is because the ingredients are more expensive then normal ingredients

Yeah but they do need to cover overheads, wages, etc it does take extra time to make it as it takes longer to prove etc if that makes sense?
