The problem is this only goes up to 10 years & I have a 3, 9 & 11 year old to buy for :(
Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can get for the 11 year old?
    Thank you

I'd measure dress size as it may come up big so may fit 11 year old, or maybe see if they do the big style dress for younger girls, eg. Straps, hope this helps x

Check with parents, just coz she's 10 does not mean she's a age 10 clothes. But at 10 would not be better for her to be a junior bm instead of a flower girl. My bm is 10 nearly 11 , still in 9 clothes

I think it depends on what size the 11 year old is, if she is petite she would get away with the younger dress. If not, could you get the smallest size available in the bigger dress and have it altered with maybe some little straps added to it?

She is an average size 11 year old, I think I'll have to go with the same dress as the elder bridesmaids which she'd probably prefer.
I'll send them a message & see if they can make this to a child's measurement with straps.
    Thank you for your help

I think the 11 year old would look lovely in the adults dress :) I'm sure she would definitely prefer it to the other one as well.. I know which one I would have preferred at 11 x

At 11 I would of preferred to be wearing the adult dress, but if you don't want her in that could you find a younger BM dress in the colour of the adult dress? x

Emma I don't mind which she ends up wearing as long as she's comfortable, I think I'll have a chat with her & see which she prefers.
If she prefers the flower girl dress I'll just have to look for a different dress that caters for all of their sizes.

How about looking for a similar dress to the flower girl dress but an "older" version.. and maybe with the coloured sash, this way she ties in with both the flower girls and the adult bridesmaids :)

That's a good idea Flossie I'll suggest that to her also, I have heard back from the seller of the elder bridesmaid dresses & she can make it to a child's measurements :)

That's good Mrs M, maybe give her the option then. It depends on how girly the 11 year old is still. At our wedding my 11 year old was more than happy with the dress they had, also I think my now 10 almost 11 year old would be happy with the younger style still, but my step daughter at that age would not have wanted that. As it was she moaned about the dress she had to wear as it made her boobs look small.

I think it may be less stressful to have her In an adults dress then and also still make sense, they are both beautiful dresses x

I like Flossies idea. you could either have a junior BM in the blue dress, or, a spin on the flower girls dresses if you can find something similar, and add a coloured sash and you could say she's 'chief flower girl' then she might feel a bit more important having a role. :)

I have also had this problem with my 12 year old half sister who is bridesmaid (she's 13 next month). We found a couple on the J0hn L3w1s website but it only goes up to age 12. We're just going to try it and see what happens. We've also seen some nice ones on the N3xt website :o)

I would see if you can find a dress in the same colour as the adult ones but in a different style, as I'm not sure that dress would work for a child of 11. Potentially you could do the same for the 9 year old as they are close in age, and just have the 3 year old who is significantly younger in the white. Having said that at 9 I think I would have liked to wear white, but the 9 year old in question may resent being dressed the same way as the 3 year old when the 11 year old is so much closer in age. Perhaps you could show them the pictures of the dresses and see what they would prefer.
