My bros GF let slip where I'm going to be going on my hen do tonight (although I didn't tell her I didn't know as didn't want to upset her). Anyway, my BMs didn't tell me because they didn't want to me to search it and figure out what we'd be doing which I found strange as that wouldn't of crossed my mind, anyway, so I did when I found out (naughty I know) but didn't think id find anything. Anyway, it's Birmingham and my new request was no strippers and the first thing that comes up is the dreamboys... Is this why they didn't want me to search it!?! Now I'm worried but not sure what to do. Do I go along with it!? Genuinely will hate it! I find it all very cringe!

Oh dear, did she actually say it was dreamboys or did she drop a hint about it being a show? I wouldn't be very happy if that was me as I can't stand things like that but I was very open with my BMs and stated exactly what I wanted and asked to be informed of things.

I'm sure it will be fine. It may be starting at Dreamboys and then going on to do something else. Or maybe she did already know that you were in the dark and 'let slip' to wind you up a bit... its mean, but if that was your only request and I thought you'd instantly look everything up then I'd be tempted to throw some false info your way. There's loads to do in Brum anyway so it may be a night down Broad Street or Mailbox or something.

I don't think dream boys are like normal strippers, they are norm on a stage not sat in you or humpoing you etc, try not to worry and remember you can always say no, maybe before you go in say to you mph etc, I did say no strippers but I will go in and see what urs about but if I say no to something they want me to do or something then I mean no and do not want to be bullyed in to it.

Dreamboys is completely different, they have a drag act up on stage as well as part of a large cabaret show ... We're doing it as part of my hen do in Newcastle in August, I'm like you tho, won't be going up on stage and will be mad if I get volunteered to do so, but thought it would be fun and a little bit of tack lol! The other girls will enjoy it too, there's lots to do in the big cities so it may be that you're not even doing that so don't worry, just enjoy it and if you are going there just say right from the go that under no circumstances are u going on stage, like I am xx
