On book of face a few ladies who are flying out the same day as me have recieved their tickets, i am now a little worried as i havent recieved mine yet, but i dont know what to do as i booked the holiday online so the staff in the travel agents have always said they cannot do anything involving the holiday as we booked it online so i dont know who/where to to go to find out when il recieve them. I know i will be recieveing my tickets via email rather than in the post, & i had an email a few weeks ago saying keep checking my emails as my tickets will arrive shorty..
Am i worrying about nothing?

i would check the website you used and ring there customer service number they will be one on there site somewhere usually under contact us they should be able to help you xx

you need to call them. i got my tickets emailed a few hours after purchase. the stores don't take anything to do with online bookings

I agree with krissy you need to find a number to call. When are you supposed to fly? Do you know who you are flying with? Maybe try to get hold of them directly

Double check all your email inboxes aswell just in case it could of ended up in the spam section by mistake or something - i know ive had emails end up in there before when they should of gone straight to my inbox x x x

I just phoned the travel company i am with and said when should i recieve my tickets, she said 4-5 weeks before departure so i said clearly not as i fly exactly 2 weeks today & havent recieved any tickets via emaill etc. She said they were emailed to me in march but they oviously werent as i check my emails daily including my junk folder so she will email them to me today.. so annoyed lol xx

I know init, they have just sent me a booking confirmation, but more in depth than one ive recieved before and on there it says tickets will be sent 4-5 weeks before departure.. i never recieved that let alone any tickets grrrr xx

thats rubbish. i think when i have booked online i have received my flight tickets about 10 days before i fly.
i would call them tomorrow and have a moan about it if you dont receive them x
