Any one tried these machines my friend has just opened a store with them in and has asked me if i would like to be a guinea pig lol, she said that people have been known to loose a dress size in two weeks?
Also giving me a really good discount till my wedding day £1 a session, just wondering if anyone tried them?

ive tried the gallelio (sp?) vibrating machine in the gym, i only use it for a couple of mins (each gym sesh!) as well as other stuff in the gym - but u can deffo feel em workin while ur using em!! i havent lost adress size yet tho, i been goin to gym 3 weeks now (have 7 week old baby - so NEED to loose weight!! lol ) but i have lost 7lb in those 3 weeks! 1st 7lb to go!! lol
but for £1 a session until your wedding day id deffo go for it! the one in the gym does say on it tho that they recommend not to use it for more than 10-15 mins 3x a week :) xXx

We used them in the gym where I work at.

They are really good, you can see results in as little as 3 weeks, need to use it for 10 minutes at a time about 3-4 sessions a weeks. Make sure you are not just standing there, you can do squats, lunges, sit on it, press up and even sit ups. Make sure you are shown if not you tube it, we have 3 different level of workouts. You need to use it regulary too results but it can improve circulation, aid digestion, break down fat molecules, reduce the appearcance of cellulite as well as relax muscles.

If you want to fat burn, you should do some carido to, as this will help reduce the weight. The vibration plates are more toning.

Hope this helps and Good luck,

    Vickie

    Madison,

One tip, make sure you go to the loo before you use it, as it does jiggle the bladder about a bit, lol. It is a strange feeling at first but its like any form of exercise you get used to it.
