The wedding is 1 week on Saturday and yet I don't feel nervous or anxious or anything and that's not like me at all. When did it hit you's that you's were actually getting married?
People keep saying not long and I know it's not long but in my head it doesn't feel like it's in less than 2 weeks. It really hasn't hit me yet! Is this normal? It just doesn't seem real!!! X

Were getting married 3 weeks on saturday and i'm the same as you! I think the night before or a couple of days before when i finish work itll hit me! X

I didnt think I would be nervous at all, i thought Hubby would be but the night before at the rehearsal I got the giggles and I was just so nervous on the day I felt sick until after the ceremony when i could relax a little.

It still didn't feel real for me even just after the ceremony when myself and hubby went for a drive in the rolls Royce lol!
The whole last week was a whirlwind though, very stressful as there was lots that needed doing x

I had an emotional moment when we picked the last batch of invitations up, but then I was totally calm until about 11 am on the day (we got married at 1pm). It just felt kind of surreal, so hard to explain!

I got very stressed when the bridesmaids were leaving because the hairdresser hadn't started my hair, it left me flustered and I dint like it so being organised is key I think ... Tbh though everything was going to time until then x

The moment it finally hit me was when moh and flower girls left in the car and and there was just me and my dad waiting. It hit
Me like a tonne of bricks. My dad had to calm me down and then on the way to the church it was the other way round. It was me having to calm my dad. X

To be honest I don't think it really hit me at all. The whole week running up to it was so surreal, as all the things that we'd planned started happening. Even the day before, when we were making the last minute preparations, doing the rehearsal, and I returned to my home for the last time, it was totally surreal. I kept reminding myself that it wasn't a dream, it was really happening. I think it was partly as well that I was so focussed on making sure that everything went according to plan. I only really got excited when we left the house in the car and I could relax.

30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.
