Im in the process of making enquiries with various cake makers in Cyprus about what sort of wedding cake Id like and what flavours, Im trying to see if I can arrange as much as I can myself.
I want a Chocolate cake with a chocolate Ganache filling...yum yum Im a big lover of chocolate :-) Something like this...

bottom tier is madeira (vanilla sponge) with white chocolate ganache middle tier is chocolate sponge with milk chocolate ganache top tier that we're saving for our first born child christening is carrot cake

the bottom layerof my cake is going to be that to i oive chocolate. I'm having a 4 tier cake the top layer is going to be royal iced to look like a birdcage with roses on each tier not to sure what flavors I'm having the other tiers I'm thinking vanilla carrot and lemon or maybe strawberry in stead of the carrot. will look similar to this

I'm making my own cake and my h2b has firmly requested a tleast one layer of cherry cake lol. not sure on the other layers yet but I often do rainbow layers when making cakes so I guess one tier will be like that

All i know about my cake so far is that it'll be chocolate sponge as that's the only sort of cake i like. And that it'll have some tartan icing on it! :) X
