    I have asked a friend to b my chief bridesmaid but now want my niece to do it my friend gets married in August she had no plan on getting married until Carl and I arranged our wedding I was wondering what others thought if I made my niece chief bridesmaid and my friend m o h and can anyone please tell me what the difference is .
