Hi all, I'm fast running out of time to order invites! However the more me and H2b look the more we are confusing ourselves
So some help please :)
A lot of the styles we have seen on the main invite for day it mentions times, place and of course our names but doesn't have the invited people's names, where would you put the names? On the rsvp envelope have you included a stamp?

We're not providing a stamp with the RSVPs.. not even sure we are providing an envelope haha. We are of course giving people the option to return by post but think we will also give an email address and a phone number so people can also RSVP that way. Will probably just be the older generation who want to post it back to us, but to be honest, most people will probably just tell us in person x

This is a draft of our invitation. We are not providing an envelope or stamp, we are asking guests to RSVP by phone and email as everybody we know has the internet and the very few that don't have our number to text or call us, saves us money and means nothing gets lost in the post.

I have put their names on the RSVP & will also put it on the envelope, we aren't providing an envelope or stamp for the RSVP as they are to expensive. I have put my address, email & mobile number on the RSVP so they have plenty of options.

There are so many different templates, it can get confusing! I'd just think about exactly what it is you want to say (without missing any of the key details) and then kind of make your own template from there. One that suits you :)

My tip is to make sure you have the names of the guests on the RSVP card or provide an obvious place for them to write their own names. I've heard of people getting RSVP's back before but without any names haha x

....not sure why the pics are so pixellated lol, this is the wording on the RSVP, I decided jut putting 'anything to add' and leaving a space would be easier than asking for any specific requirements and the only person who actually had something to say about them actually was the mil asking what a ''bowtie'' (she pronounced it boatie) as IF it wasn't obvious it was meant to be Bow Tie *rolls eyes* There's always one haha

our RSVPs have a space for them to write their names but my oh has also numbered the RSVPS and we have that associated to who we sent it to so that IF anyone forgets to add their names we can go to the spreadsheet and check who it was sent to.

Haha it is a good idea. I'm not sure I would have thought of it.. I tend to over think things but miss the simplest detail! (I think men in general are good at coming up with those kinds of ideas). Your secret is safe with me ;)

ours are very laid back ( take a look in my album) we got our names, the place we are getting married and the time we are getting married.
we are getting them printed and have left a space for names to go in, we will write them in, we have attached an R.S.V.P to the actual invite for them to cut off, we havnt supplied envelopes or stamps, we have also added a menu on the back so it all comes back together, hope this makes sense it prob will be clearer if you look at it in my album.

we have a wedsite for all the details and rsvps etc but are including menu inserts and menu rsvps with some invited of thos of the older generation who are not computer minded.
Met June 2009 on my Birthday,Met again July 2009 and got
together, May 2010 Moved in,Jan 2011 got pregnant,
August 2011 Got our own place, 2011 Had our Baby Girl,

If you write peoples names on the rsvp, there will be no confusion over who is invited and people trying to bring plus ones. We will also be including local hotels for anyone who needs to stay over. X
