My bridesmaid and moh will be in navy blue full length but I haven't a clue what colour shoes she should wear. We are having dusty pink and white flowers so not sure if pink would be ok or look weird? Or if I should say navy blue / black or Ivory?? I've said I don't mind but don't think she knows what colour either. Any ideas please ladies :)

Defo go for the pink, that would look lovely and break it all up a bit.

Being practical and money saving I'll be boring and say black. She can wear them again and they won't be seen much anyway if she's in a maxi dress.

How important is it in the grand scheme of things?

I decided for me it really wasn't important. My MOH and BM had black footwear but they didn't match as I told them to just make sure they were comfortable.

Its not really important to me but don't want her to feel like I don't care what she wearing as she is important too. I don't mind what she chooses, colour or height but she's sort of asked me to choose as keeps saying its ur big day even though I said I don't mind. And we are going for dress fitting in august so will need to know the height of the shoes as the seamstress will want to know if it needs shortening or not x

Is she keeping the dress?? If so go for pink, personally, I don't like navy and black together, so if you want something more practical that she can wear afterwards then go for nude.

will you even see the shoes under the dress? pink would look pretty. Are they having anything else that is pink cos once the ceremony is over they wont have there flowers with them. the other potential could be something like silver and they could wear silver jewellery cc

I think you might see the shoes every now and then, jewellery will proberlY be silver so am thinking either pink shoes to be abit different or silver as will be easier to find the younger bridesmaid silver shoes too plus she'll more likely wear them again just hard to picture it x

Perhaps nude or silver shoes as getting the right shade of pink could be tricky. You may be more likely to find shoes for your younger bm in these colours too rather than them looking kiddy Barbie ones...

If you have the dresses already you could take them to a department store like D3bs and try them kn with different shoes in the changing rooms to see what works best. Even if you don't pick shoes then it might narrow down the colour a bit. X

Thanks Hun think I'm thinking silver but want my moh to decide overall as they are her shoes n she needs to feel comfy although I'd quite happy her having silver sandal heels but we'll see :D then can get silver for bridesmaid and for flowergirls my lo asked for little sparkly ones but she'll be 5 and they have a tiny heel on them so not sure if I should let her have them or not? Or if I should get her ballet pumps and will silver go with ivory dress?
