    Hello

I am a weight watchers follower, I do it online though. I really struggle you keep to it now. I have lost 2 and half stone so I have lost interest now lol.

I need to start doing some exercise now to tone up more than anything. Dont like having a flabby belly....

I have been a ww member for the last 5 years I get to goal then put a bit back on but as soon as i go back i get it straight off again, I find it quite easy tbh as you have what ever you like as long as you count the points good luck xx

I'm a WW veteran! However I've jumped ship and am now happily living it up on Cambridge! I'm going back to WW once I've hit target though to keep myself on the straight and narrow! I cant be trusted otherwise x

I joined WW a few years ago - and managed to lose 4 stone. I stupidly thought I could keep it off myself though, and stopped going (finished up putting a lot of it back on).

It's great because you can eat what you want as long as you count the points (I'd definitely recommend it). But once you hit your target, still keep going because they're good at helping you maintain it as well.

i joined WW at the end of March and do it online. I've lost just over a stone so far and as I've struggled to lose weight for so long, the fact that I'm losing now is enough to keep me motivated! Also I measure myself too and even if i dont lose lbs one week, invariably I've always lost some size. I'm getting a bit fed up at the mo though because haven't been able to exercise following an operation 4 weeks ago and have another 2 weeks before I can start again so the weight has stopped coming off for the moment :o(

WW is fab! I've lost 6 and a half stone by counting points. It took 2 years but been messing with it this year - mostly because of Christmas and all the family occasions that have taken place. (food at all of them!)

Would love to shift just one more stone! I have found that u need to be stubborn and bl@@dy minded! Stick to it no matter what. I used to then have a little cheat on weigh night but 100% back on track the next morning. (Only do the cheat night thing if ur doing some sort of exercise tho)

Have foods u like! I love malteasers so I have 2 funsize packets every day - I MAKE them fit!!! lol
