start by searching wedding venues in Lancashire. it should come up with a lot of venues, although you might have to dig around to find others. Sometimes wedding fairs can be good for that. Weddings during November are classed as out of season, so are generally cheaper than spring/summer. When you contact the venue, ask what is included and what isn't. You would think cutlery, table cloths etc are included as standard, but some of the time, they are an extra cost! I am sure you will find what you are looking for x

I'd also suggest going for a mid week wedding as the deals are always better and you get far more included in the package x

The hotel we booked with ofered a package called ' grand wedding for 3 grand'. They are a national chain although I know each hotel offers a slightly different package. There are restrictions with it - only on a week day - only between oct and march I think but worth looking in to. It didnt offer free DJ or chair covers but ceremony room, welcome drink, 3 course breakfast, evening buffet, room for B&G. I'll put a link on your wall (edit: once you unrestrict it) x
