    Hi all,

I am finally getting married on 3rd September and have chosen my dress, but as I am a plus size bride, and my dress is shoulderless, I want to get a wedding shrug/shawl, but no idea where to start looking etc, anyone have any ideas?? Not sure if i want a shawl, or a little lace bolero etc??

All help greatly appreciated as my wedding is not far away.

EDIT - PLEASE ENSURE YOU PICK A CATEGORY WHEN POSTING.

The weather may still be fairly warm then so you may not want something too heavy, could you have a chiffon type shawl added to your dress like sleeves?

I don't think so as its getting made abroad. I was thinking of something very light just so that it covers the tops of my arms really during photos etc :) so a shawl possibly but wondered if anyone kknew where I could get something a little bit special, with some diamantes in or sequins etc?

I got a pashmina from Pr!mark at £5 for mine, didn't wear it in the end apart from to go to the hotel at the end of the night. I also ordered pasmina's for my bridesmaids from the bay of e at £2 delivered and they look fine in the pics (though they didn't have any for the professional ones but the ones I've seen that guests took they look fine)

3tsy has some really nice things. If you order now you have more options as you could get one from abroad.
Have bh5 got anything on their site?

If you don't fancy a shawl/shrug, then how about an umbrella or parasol - they can look great in pics

Looking forward to becoming the 3rd and last Mrs McLauchlan
