Met with a lady to arrange table decoration and chair covers etc yesterday. I was quoted £140 which I am over the moon with. Decided on manzanita trees for centrepiece and a mixture of teal and blue sashes.

Got a quote, in case our flowers aren't great - £395. A lot of work involved in it though so the price is justifiable.

I've ordered some jewellery from the D3b3nh@ms sale. Will have to keep the earrings as you can't send them back but if I don't like the necklace or bracelet they can be returned.

Thought I would do a little update.

The jewellery arrived and I love it :)

I have booked a florist and my parents have kindly said they will pay for the flowers! :)

I'm going for something like this but with a few peacock feathers.

Yesterday we went to see a jeweller about making our wedding rings (link on my wall to his website). It was brilliant, mine will be an 18ct white gold band with engraved peacock feathers and blue diamonds in the eye of the feather. OH is having a paladium band, with a sort of frost like patern engraved onto it. I can't wait to see the finished article but obvioulsy they have to be handmade so this will be about 3 months time.

A little update.

We have decided on a design for the invitations this is not finished but basic idea...
Invitation
I was struggling with this for ages as I was worried it wasn't wedding-y enough but I'm happy with these colours.

This is a possible bridesmaid dress
would be teal

I have this for my bouquet so that my Gran is with me on the day

Sill need to sort suits and the cake but leaning towards M&$ for the cake.

Thinking of trying my dress on again soon as I have lost 2 stones, then I can decide if I need to lose any more.

Dress arrived and I love it. I will be taking it to Ireland with me this weekend to show my bm.

We picked the suits on Saturday and paid them half off.

I had my hair trial and dress fitting yesterday. My dress needs to be taken in after my weight loss. 2.5 inches on the bust and 1 inch at the waist :) next time I see it will be 3 days before the wedding! Eek.
