Hello ladies. Just joined ukbride. I am getting married in 4 months. Looked at wedding cakes and they are quite expensive. £500. There are some with ***M&5 and ****W@1tr053, at more affordable prices. I went to *****W@1tr053 shop and ordered wedding cake samples for tasting. It has specific ordering time. On the day I had to collect the samples I was told they haven't process the order. I wondered that are your thoughts ladies and experience with ******W@1tr053. I keep thinking if I was 2 days away from the wedding and I would have been told same..

I have no experience with them but it sounds very unorganised to not even have samples ready. I can only advise go with your gut. If youre not happy then dont waste your time. M&5 do a great cake, my friend have one and decorated it herself. She seemed happy enough. good luck with whatever you decide

Friends of ours had an m&5 cake and they loved it. To be honest they had decorated it and had they not told us I wouldn't have known thats where it was from. x

We had ****M&$ cutting cake in chocolate and lemon flavours to supplement the fruit cake my mum made. We had people asking who had made it because it was so good. The service was great and really easy to collect - we picked up the day before the wedding with no issues. Just don't panic if you can't order months in advance. I think the max is 6 weeks before x
