my photographer is leaving when we sit down to dinner, however i had provisionally thought that if he stayed i would arrange with the hotel to provide him with something like soup and sandwiches or something similar. thought he could sit somewhere else in hotel perhaps the lounge whilst we were eating.

We will be feeding and watering our photographer, DJ, caterers, etc. but we will be having a hot and cold buffet so it's not quite the same as paying £70 per head! Besides, we are going for a big international buffet, and will be ordering from about 4 different caterers so there is bound to be loads to spare anyway. However, even if I wasn't going for a buffet I would still arrange something for those working the wedding anyway, as I think I'd feel quite embarrassed with everybody eating and drinking yet not offering anything to them.
