I'll try make this short as possible lol Me and Tom booked our wedding a couple of years ago but then I fell pregnant and we decided it would be best to postpone So now baby is here we've decided it's time to get the ball rolling again only we don't want the huge wedding we previously planned and his family don't particularly like me (long story short they treat my eldest different to mine n toms children although toms raised Heidi from day 1 and I think it's unfair) So we were thinking about either going abroad or somewhere in the UK but no idea where? How do we go about it all we have no idea where to start we want a wedding away from home to cut the guest numbers and the whole "do this do that, invite so and so" from other halfs family this wedding will be strictly pay for yourself (accommodation ect..wise) or don't come Help lol xx

You could always look at weddings abroad and see if they have some kind of package. Many here have done it.
Either that, or just take a couple of close friends as witnesses and go to Gretna Green. That way, you have not included either side of the families so neither can hold that against you.

I agree, take yourself, your children and say your closest friends and go and get married..... The main thing is you and your OH and your children and as long as you do what you want thats the main thing.......
Good luck x

I've just had a look at Gretna green and it looks fab! Id have to have my mum there we are so close and her and I would be devastated if she weren't there There's a 10 person package so if we took 2 people each then it be fair :) thanks ladies xx
