We got married after having to cancel the 1st wedding due to my partner being taken critically ill , 3 days before we were getting married.
I was amazing and we are so happy but , it wasn't. How the first wedding was planned. There was only 8 people there our son and granddaughter couldn't come , and haven't been able to put any photos on Facebook or change my name.
As nobody knows that we have gotten married as my husband's family have been that nasty , we Don't want them causing anymore trouble.
We would love to get our vows renewed but we haven't got any money plus I don't think my dress will fit as I have put on weight due to all stress.
I know I am probably being selfish but the day was just flat I couldn't stop crying I was a mess , we were in bed for 8.00 as my husband had only been walking for a week. I just feel sad .
I keep dreaming of a new wedding day and having the honeymoon we dreamed off having. And having my best friends and family there we have been together 26 years . We were so excited leading up to the big day.
But our wedding was booked on the Friday and we got married on the Wednesday, It was all so Quick

    STOP
    BREATHE

Firstly, weddings never actually go they way you have them in your head ..... we had the only day of torentical ran in July 2012 !

Remember you married the person you share your heart with, why not plan a vow renewal for an anniversary .. 5 yrs is a good one or on the original wedding date. Most importantly your husband is slowly getting better so focus ion that with a long term goal
