My h2b doesn't want a stag night, he just isn't interested, so the only thing I am not looking forward to is not sleeping the night before and looking like utter crap, and to top it off knowing that I will get the biggest spot of my life appearing somewhere I can't hide it, like the end of my nose, lol. Other than that it is just the speeches, men tend to put their huge feet in their mouths especially the best men, if I hear one mention of any exes I will not be happy! xx

I've pretty much got it all under control and I'm certain on the day I'll be swept away with the emotion of it all, but if I'm honest thats what I'm worrying about now, oh that and the re-occurring dream that I have about my dress not fitting me and the dressmaker say that putting the amount of panels I need would make it look odd... bizzare I know, but it just won't go away! lol

We can have it to as late as we want it but we've decided to end it at 12.30am as the all day guests will be knackered by then. Like you we have a bar open to residents of the hotel which is open till 2am so i can imagine it wont end too early. lol. xxx

Mine was walking down the aisle and everyone looking round to see me as I kept dreaming that I was going to get stuck in the aisle with my Dad as the church aisle is rather narrow for 2 people walking side by side and that I would have to ask my bridedsmaid to push me! Anyhoo this didnt happen but instead my Dad took me into the church at the wrong time and I ended up walking up the aisle to find my h2b not there at the end so had to turn around to everyone and make a joke of my early entrance. It was the talk of the wedding and a memory that most our guests will remember for a long time. xx

Lol my h2b was in the church at the time Abi but was waiting in the session room which is attached to the church. He was to be told when to go through by the minister once we were at the door of the church but my Dad got confused and took me in before Paul was told to go into the church. Paul had already been there for 45 mins before I arrived. xx

I'm worried about my dress...not looking forward to it at all...I'm a jeans and jumper kinda gal, don't do well in dresses (my opinion of course) I can just imagine walking up the isle, my dad stepping on it and the whole thing falling apart on the spot...I try not to think about it coz I can't sleep other wise...so I'm not going to sleep tonight :(

I blush really easy, so not looking forward to standing in front of 50 people saying my vows, even if they are all friends & family! Oh and I'm horrible with photos - I feel really self-conscious. Avoiding the whole speeches thing by having none! Even my h2b was worried about what his best man will say...!!!

You can get special make up for blushers ( i am one too ), it looks kind of green in colour before it goes on your face and somehow hides the blushes more than your average foundation. Ask your make up artist when you book her about it, or google it, I haven't had cause to use it yet, but I had friends years ago that used it and said it was good. Sorry I can't tell you what it is called, but it might help you on the day. :) x

Mine is when people are drunk on the night making jokes about the wedding night and its supposed rituals - also is hate it if someone did anything to the bedroom - I had to go and sort out a room the best man had put eggs and flour in the bed of once at 2am when I was doing night manager duties I wasn't best pleased and neither were they

Yeah I'm nervous about getting it all paid for, I would love to be able to hand over all the money now and just know it's all paid for. I think I'm most worried about the bit where they say "does any one know of a reason why they should be married" and having someone stand up and say yes! LOL. There isn't a legal reason why we shouldn't be married, but I know that some people in my family think I should be marrying someone who can support me, rather than the other way around ;p
