Hi, just wondering if anyone has ever used NAME OF COMPANY REMOVED BY MODERATORS. I purchased my veil at the end of February and have still not received it. I have messaged the company a couple of times but have not had a response and I am getting nervous that this company does not exsist. If anyone has used them before I would be grateful for your input to put my mind at ease.

If its the company which is posted on my wall (i keep my wall clean and it only has 5 pages of ad free links) then they were brilliant with me. Let me know via my wall hun please as i have not had a problem with the company i used at all. Would be interested to know if its the same company or not.

Hello there,

I used the w3dd1ng v31l sh0p online, and it took almost 2 months for mine to arrive. I was getting really panicky, as I hadn't tried it on with during final dress fitting (my dress colour was hard to match up with most veils).
But it arrived with plenty of time to spare. I think the main issue was that they didn't say how long it would take to make and then dispatch - I thought it would be quicker than it actually was.

I don't know if this is the same company as you have used, as all links and names have been removed from the post x

Think I am going to have to give up on my veil arriving and buy another from a shop. I tried to phone the company but the number is no longer in use. Katya I can't seem to find the one you posted on your wall to see if it's the same one or not. The name of the company has 14 letters if that helps. I'm really disappointed that we can't ask for advice on this forum though.

You can ask fo advice, you just can't post links or names of companies, but most people mostly get around that by using numbers or symbols in place of certain letters when typing the name of the company for example.

Joanne you might find it helpful to change your profile from private to public. That way you can post a name of a company on your wall and direct us to it, and we can post links and company names on your wall. There are strict advertising rules hence not being able to name companies on the forum itself.

Just had a quick search for them and unfortnately the reviews are not good. Everyone seemed to be in the same situation as you, expected arrival date has long gone and they aren't able to get a response from the company. One bride did say that they did eventually send the veil but it was sent after her wedding.
If I were you I would cut my losses and find another veil and if this one does turn up I would probably put it on the bay rather than attempting to get a refund from these people.

try the company i have suggested hun, they are really good, on your wall is a comment with the link put up by someone else, i have commented n that with the discount code for them too.

Did you pay via paypal? if you did i would suggest putting in a case against them for item not received.

Also if you paid via credit card, you can contact the cc company and they'll be able to refund your balance and open up the claim with the company directly. If you paid via debit card then I think you are only able to claim the money back if you paid through paypal.

Hi girls, I got my veil from your recommendation Katya, this is just what I was looking for thank you. I also received a refund through my bank, through debit card disputes which was really quick.

Thank you for your help girls and I hope no one else tries to use the 1st company that I tried.
