Hi, I would like an underskirt for my dress but not sure what colour I would need! My dress is ivory but I've been offered a white hooped underskirt. Would this make a difference or would it need to be ivory too? Thanks!

It depends on how much of it will show if any. If nothing will show then it should be OK.

I'm sure white will be fine and not make a difference but try on and see.

Thank you ladies. Just found out it's the wrong shape for my dress anyway (it's a fishtail and mine is a ballgown!) Might just try it for colour reference though. x
