Hi there what did you do with regards to under age guests? My h2b sister will be 17 when I have my hen party (which my sister's are organising-also my bridesmaids) I'm not completely sure what they're planning but I'm assuming alcohol will be involved as they've asked if I'd like cocktail mixing etc. I'd really like my partners sister to come as I'd like to get to now her more before the wedding(she lives with her mum while my partner grew up with his dad.) I know we'll be doing something during the day so do I just involve her during the day,the other thing is she'll have to travel 80+ miles if she comes up on her own. Any thoughts advice appreciated. :)

I would ask the bridesmaids who are organising it, and specifically ask if they have considered your h2bs sister.

Good post! I hadn't thought about this and both me and H2B have close family members that will be under 18 at the wedding! You should speak to your sisters and ask them if they have considers his sister and if not could they maybe do something that could involve her, if it is cocktail mixing maybe they could include making non alcoholic cocktails too that she could have?
Got together on 14th March 2010
Got engaged on 25th December 2013
Became Mrs P on 14th May 2016 - best day ever!
I'd agree as well, ask your bridesmaids to make sure that there is something that is accessible for under 18s, even if she can't attend all of it. Perhaps she can attend during the day, and then you need to find someone in the area that could make a really enjoyable evening for her, maybe with some other girls the same age. Or it may be that she would be allowed to attend things in the evening as long as she doesn't drink alcohol. Are you inviting H2B's mum? If so they could come together. I had my MIL at my hen do.
30th August 2014 was the best birthday ever.
It was the day that I became Mrs. Dixon.

I'm quite lucky as anyone under age is too young really for hen do stuff (all under10) But I am have a mix of stuff such as we maybe having a weekend abroad for just me and my best mates and having a home hen/birthday weekend where I will be having a lunch with everyone like MIL my step mum and all my mates and then in evening people can leave or be part of the madness :)
Somehow always connected , finally became friends .
Friends became soul mates :)

Thanks everyone I'll check with my sister's and make sure that she can be involved, if not I'll arrange a day out for me and her. Not were not inviting h2b's mum, as she's not had anything to do with him since he was 11 and tbh I don't like her either, she's not even congratulated us on getting engaged and that was over a year ago! So....back on track it would just be his sister. :) thank you for all your feedback. :)

My underage ones were a lot underage so I done a separate party at home for them. I sent the hubby out in town on a stag night and had peeps round home including those who could not make it to my actual hen night.
