I think I've found my dream dress, I tried it on around 3 weeks ago at an amazing bridal shop. I'm trying it on again tomorrow and im so excited! Its not even the type of dress I would of thought I would love but when I tried it on I instantly fell in love. Our wedding is 2 years away though and I hear a lot of people saying that you shouldn't buy this early. But I really love this dress. I don't have to give sizes right away, as they can hold that for a while. Do you think it is okay to buy this early. The dress is Dian3 h4bridg3 - l4ur4.

It's absolutely fine if you are sure it is the one. I'd make sure you've tried lots of different styles first to be absolutely sure.

It is gorgeous if that's the one. :) I don't think there's any harm. When you know, you know. Alterations (if needed) wouldn't happen till much nearer the time anyway xx

i've been wondering the same thing! i really want to go dress shopping!! but my wedding is 31/12/17 - i also want to go down a few dress sizes by then! i'm currently a 16/18 and want to get back in to a 12 the size i was a few years ago!

Katie, your shape would probably change so the style you like now would probably change.
I'd say no harm in playing though in my opinion :) just bear that in mind.
