Right then girls, a conundrum you you all.

We have a slight problem, albeit not a major one with our two photographers. I'll explain as best as I can:

Firstly, they are a husband and wife team, and they are brilliant, so what they want, they get in my opinion. they only have one car between them, and I wanted scott to take some shots of me and BM getting ready at my parent's home, which is 4 miles from here
(15m from our venue), while Lisa shot the bridal prep at our house. which is approximately 10 miles from our venue.

We had a meeting with them on thursday, and they asked us for a possible lift to the venue, which we really do not have any problems with whatsoever-happy to do so in fact. If not, they said they would hire a car. However, I called dad to wish him happy father's day etc, and mum came on the phone, and said it would be a nightmare at our house, with only one bathroom, four of us getting ready, plus one photographer, we would just be tripping over each other, so she said she would pay for me and BM to stay at our hotel the night BEFORE the wedding, which was a brilliant idea-no problems there.
My BM I have been told, is thinking of getting the train down, so we're going to be deficient by one mode of transport there, so the way I see it, there is two options:

1/ our photographers hire a car, take the easy way out and we have to foot the bill (they said don't worry about it, but I would insist we pay).
2/ Lisa and Scott BOTH drive their own car to our hotel, drop Scott off and Lisa takes the car back to Liz to shoot the bridal prep, so she will have transport from our house to the venue. after I have had my getting ready shoot, we hire a cab (5 mins ride) with myself, scott and BM to the venue, and meet there.

I personally would prefer option 2, partly for selfish reasons, but at the same time, understand it would be a nightmare for them
    both.

Anything glaringly obvious that I have missed that you can think of?

I would go with option 2 and don't think it would be too much of a nightmare for them at all, Its only a 10 mile journey each way.
Broach the subject and see what the reaction is

    Thanks Elle,

They are very accommodating people, so I can't see it being a problem.

I would also say option two sounds the best. TBH I think you're being far too accommodating offering to pay for the hire car but sounds like optionn two is the better more practical option anyway xx

    Yes, maybe.:-)

To be fair, they said not to worry if it came to that, as we didn't know they only had one car, also-we just want the job done! LOL worry about silly things like that afterwards:-)

I agree with you both though. I think the second option could be the one if it came to it. It's doable either way I think. xx

option 2 seems the easiest option for all to be honest.
