Ok here I Go I want to hire a 75 seater Coach for my whole Wedding Party to travel In they meet us at Our place and we all go together lots of munchies and drink along the way lots of talking banter plus any1 who doesn't know anyone will get acquainted along the way the hotel music laughter just what I want My changeable guest list gives me a approximated figure of roughly 70 people coming to our wedding so One Large coach will be fine as it seats up to 75 paasengers its a Double Deckers Coach Woohoo me like the sound of that Now heres my problem we hire the coach to take us too the Hotel were staying at and back home after the Wedding But do we get the coach to take us to The Eden Project on The Day Once were in the Eden Project The Land Train will take us around the Eden Project SO i need ideas for that Wonder how much it will cost On to the Next Part of this Post Accommodation Hopefully we will be able to get all of our guests to stay with us in our hotel but if there is not room they will have to stay else where and then that means they either travel themselves to that hotel or our coach driver makes more than one stop Do we say to our guests Book with us so we give them Our Names and reference number?? Any Advice will be helpfull ladies what do you think opinions needed =D <3 X

Im slighty confused bwt the transportation thing. You should google prices. I think transport wise ut will be very pricey and you shuf think of anyone with disabilities regarding walking or the elderly.
I also think you might want to find a hotel with enough rooms or there might be rows...and weve given everyone our discount code for the hotel already so they can book in advance.

i agree all you can do is contact companys for quotes ..... deff research hotels too .....we pre booked 15 rooms and got discount prices for them
Contact a few different places and get some quotes so you have an idea of price, but remember you have 3 years to make decisions so you might end up changing your mind on things. Get a general idea so you know what to budget for, but i wouldn't do anything about it for another year probably xxx

I was thinking of contacting the places to get a rough estimate of the price for the coach and for accommodation I hope we will be able to give our guests discount on there room or booking or give them our discount code if we get one MissA-2-B I do not have to worry about the elderly as both of us have lost our grandparents from our mums side and our dads side so there will be no elderly family members coming to our wedding and we have no one with a disability coming apart from Josh but he is fine with walking Plus "The Land Train" is the Eden projects wedding car which they dress up for you in your theme colors and that will transport us around the Eden Project so there is not going to be much walking 1) Lots of reasearch 2) Dont Book untill 2014 3) Inflation rises Tax increase Money goes up every year Thank you ladies for your ideas =D <3 X
