Depending on your wedding size obviously, if you want her there invite her if not then don't. Don't feel you have to invite her cos she did to you. It's always a hard one with the people you work with. I'm experiencing that now.
There are lots of people I get on with but just don't have room to invite them.

I think someone will always feel offended but unfortunately it's just one of those things

Don't invite her just because you have. She will understand that your day is special to you and that its very hard choosing who to invite as she is going through it too.

Maybe you could drop into the conversation that you are struggling for space to fit everyone in so are having to make cuts. That may soften the blow for her a little.
