Hi ladies. Can I ask your opinions please?
I've added a picture of h2b in his suit to my wedding album. We're having a relaxed and informal registry office ceremony then a garden bbq reception at our house afterwards. At the moment h2b doesn't have a tie to go with his suit and we're not sure if it needs one or if it looks like it's missing something? Or would a tie be too much? We can't decide! Thanks :) x

Are your guests that you know of coming wearing a tie?
The suit looks fine without a tie, however, if guests arrive wearing a tie it may look a little odd with the Groom not wearing one. Just a thought.

I think he looks nice without a tie BUT your dress is quite formal so I think he should wear a tie for at least ceremony and photos, take it off at your garden party x

We've told our guests to not feel they have to be really formal, shirt and trousers is fine. My hair will just be down and DS is wearing a matching outfit to his daddy. X

I have been to a non-formal/non-tie wearing Wedding before and it was lovely and relaxed. Your Wedding Day and whatever you and your H2b feel comfortable doing. With a tie and without a tie the suit still looks fine in my opinion.

He suits it without a tie to be honest. My step brother got married and he stated that it was a no tie affair. All guests turned up with shirts and trousers but no ties. It suited the casual wedding he had and if that is what you want then go for it. There is no need for a tie.

I think black would look nice as he has the black detailing in his suit, or the pink from your bouquet. Are you having bridesmaids? We will be getting ties to match their dress colour.

i would definitely say tie looks great without it but i think he might blend in with the guests a bit if he didn't have one i think an ivory one would look good xx
