What do you think of the save the dates? Do you think theres too much on them??
I wanted to provide as much info as possible as we are getting married in Cyprus and wanted to include the week we are booking so people know to book that particular week and also the wedding date as thats what the Save the date is for LOL

i think it looks great. its got all the information everyone needs to know to be able to book the correct days off work and to make sure they book the holiday for the right time.
i have the same information on mine minus the week as im not getting married abroad. i love them just because it makes sure ppl remember not to go anywhere on that date lol

They are lovely, however I don't think you need the week on there. As you've got your wedding date and venue, people will be able to book however long they prefer.

OK, I would change three things;
1/You've over-complicated it a little. You're asking your guests to "save the date" -28th August-4th September.-It's a save the date, not save the week! lol. Take this out completely, and just leave the specifics in. i.e. 2nd September. I can see *why* you've done it the way you have, in as much as you want folk to take the entire week off, but your guests will already know this anyway-or at least they should do!:o) Less is more.
2/Please, get rid of that decoration down the right-hand side (if you can). the eye is immediately drawn to this, and not the text, which is the most important.
3/Make the font all the same colour-it makes it much easier to read.
Hi, I've got to say I really like it as it is! And also, by putting the week, it gives people the opportunity to be with you for the whole time you are there if that is what they want to do. Another alternative if you feel that it's too much info for an std is to create a wedding website (there are free ones) and provide a link. That way you can go into as much detail as you think people will need and there is usually a question and answer section so people can ask if they need more specifics. I have done this and put a link and password on my stds along with the password that way I dont have to put something about rooms getting booked up quickly, xx.

I have to totally disagree with Clive it needs a design and the colour to fit your theme. I would however change the wording as by putting the week you are going away can put people off. I would keep the rest of it exactly as they are. If people want to book the whole week or even longer off then they will do with planning.

I also have to disagree with the above comments, I think it's grand the way it is. Obvs you have chosen those colours specifically to fit with your theme, and it is important to state the week because if I receieved it with just the date, I may for instance book my flights for the day before the wedding and then a week from that, and I would end up on my own!
So in short yep I think they are pretty and effective :)

I think they are great the way they are but I would consider the following;
1) I would put yours and Matthews full names not just Sarah and Matthew
2) I would center your text all the way down as the light blue writing appears to be to the left too much (unless this was intentional) and the black text is also slightly off line with each other. I think if you centered it all it would look sleeker
These are only my opinions though and as long as YOU are HAPPY with them then that's all that matters! They look fab! X

I would make the side banner thinner.
Put save the date and we would love you to join us in one colour and slightly bigger then the rest of the text in another.
Then centre align all the text.

i would take out the week and just leave the rest as some people may decide to go for 2 weeks or just a few days if they cant get time off work.
i think it should all be the same colour writing too. otherwise it is fine x

I used 123Print to design them, havent got a printer myself and it works out cheap enough on there.
Ive put the text in the aqua and black colours as it fits in with my colour scheme which is aqua green, white and black damask and that is also why I picked the template with the damask detailing on the side.
I dont have to allign the text that way but like the way it looks
and as there are going to be around 20people coming with us and they are mainly family all bar one or two close friends I didnt think it was necessary to put our surnames
