i love them BUT along the top of each one there is a flaw :( think they were all cut wrong. i can fix them by cutting them, but it's not the point. they should be perfect

Have you paid a company to do this? I would send them back if you have.
Otherwise, can you borrow/use/buy a paper guillatine thing? At least then you could make sure that you cut them straight.

they should be perfect tell them you want them reprinting free of charge or at least collecting and putting right, personally i would just ask for them to be redone

As long as it's not a certain online print company that rhymes with "twista" and "lint" then you should be able to take them/send them back and get them cut down properly. Can you post a pic of what went wrong?

for the actual std i paid about £13 for 20 of them. they are colour front and back with linen finish. the cards are really nice, just a pity they haven't been centred properly when cut.
if i had spelt his name correctly i could have just cut the tiny bit off the top and used them and used the refund towards the invites
