Hi Ladies, As most of you know I am having a Chelsea fc / football themed wedding. As my OH is a CFC fan. Ive been discussing with my photographer different unique photo shots that we can do, that are fun. Were a young couple and i want our wedding shots to reflect our sense of humour. Ones weve come up with are: * Best men, groomsmen & Groom standing in the goal while im pointing out the Groom ready to kick a football at him. *guys & girls stand inside the goal with me and oh. *Groom as goalie with gloves on as im taking a penalty. I was wondering if you could think of any other fun cute shots we could do. Whether theyre football orientated or not, I apprieciated the help. Cant find anything on google. :)

Have a look at wedding blogs - my favourite blogs hardly ever show any traditional cheesy couple shots. There are TONS of pics out there. Will have a browse and post some of my most favourite wedding pics.

could get whoever is conducting your ceremony to play 'ref' like at the begining where a player from both sides shake hands before first kick of the ball. do they do a flip the coin thing to decide who goes first? sorry, not that up on football x

Not that I know football, but how about where the strikers are waiting for the whistle to be blown - the 2 strikers being u and h2b? Peeking round the goals at each other? How about groomsmen standing in a row, awaiting a penalty protecting their bits (crossing hands in front) as footballers do? x

Weve got really got use of a full pitch. Only a small goal thats on the pubs premises. Yeah the penalty ones a bit like what weve discussed. Will post pix.

Not really sure on my vision of it all. I do like the box standard pix you get from a photographer, but i do also want some natural shots, like people not aware of the picture being taken. Or the kids playing. Affectionate pictures like my OH kissing my forehead. These fun ones are to show our personality really. Were having most of our shots done on location as well as at the registry where were getting married, which has a lovely rose covered gazebo. Were having some of our pictures done at Ramsgate harbour as well as these football shots. Ive got my Chelsea fc garter at the ready. No doubt my hubby will find a way of having his Chelsea shirt present lol.

I like American wedding photography - where the couple is portrayed like a fashion shoot. Both looking the other way, standing apart but possibly holding hands. Background is important - some flashy backdrop like signs or something very colourful.
Try googling fun wedding photos - lots of pics come up. I often like the ones where colourful balloons are involved or the couple is somehow in motion.
