im struggling to get everyone in and im only inviting just family and cant drop numbers anywhere. i have 6 tables and top table, the problem is i can only put 10 around a tablen 10 max on top table and i have 74 guests coming what do i do.any ideas welcome im pulling my hair out

that good idea but most children coming will be babies. i thinking about calling my venue and asking if it would be possible to add an extra on one each table just o i can ge them all in but will look in to the idea of an older kids table.

I would ring the venue and see if you can fit an extra table in! You may be tight on space having 10 at each table if that includes a highchair!!! xx

i called venue earlier and they answered my prayers i can have an extra table they said it would have to go on the dance floor and open the doors but because we are having the decking and marquee they can mov the table out the way for the first dance before the evening guests arrive.
