the balls where off the bay of e they are called gell balls you just put them in water and they grow you can get them in various colours , and the flowers are from the range store

I am making birdcage centre pieces surrounded by a ring of flowers which tie in with my bouquet (the flowers in my pics are just to see how long they lasted in oasis, and not the flowers i will be having for the day) have a peek in my albums, pics are in there if you are interested xxx :)

I got a fishbowl with burgundy (colour scheme) gerebras and ivory rods with 2 just married balloons and 1 burgundy heart baloon attached to fishing line coming out of the bowl :D xx

We are having silver candelabras which are provided by the venue, then I'm getting purple and clear tea light holders around them. Didn't want flowers and wanted to keep the tables clear. One tip I had off a wedding planner friend, check the size of your tables first!! Remember you have to get 8/10 or even 12 people with a plate and side plate plus 3 glasses wine, water, toast!! Plus butter dish, salt and pepper, name cards, favours, napkins, cameras etc etc!! You don't want your tables to look too cluttered! Good luck and gave fun looking around off the perfect centrepiece. Xx

what were you having louait1011? .... were having the, white branches sparayed in white and silver glitter, planted in a mirror cube (held in with oasis- obviously not liam and noel lol), decorated with a few led lights, surronded in snow (like them purple balls you's were on about but a lot tinier and white) with sparkle gems shinning through xx

the venue included silver candleabras (cant spell today!) and were supplying purple candles and at night it was wee votive holders with scented candles but im fearing its going to look boring so im on the lookout. cant have fishbowls cos sister had that so im on the bay and looking up various things just now. im mad though cos i got all the stuff albeit in a sale but it means my mum has 30 holders and about 60 candles stored for me!!!
that sounds nice fairy-cakes id like something like that, i wanted the tall white branches for walking down the aisle too.....

na we originally wanted them things (im really have no clue how to spell it lol) but we wernt allowed candles! what about adding them pear or diamond chain thingys that you drape over them? or google image search that word and there's bound to be something there... i love the idea of candles but h2b doesnt like them fake ones.
we went to the florist yesterday for a quote and was over £200 for them branches so went to the wholesalers and got 2 tables worth for £6. guna do a mock up :0) .. yea i love that look, were on the hunt for a white carpet too and trying to work out how to hold the branches in the arch postion but rekn were only be able have that where we actually stand in the ceremony x

ive been hunting christmas shops for the mirror garland thing you can get was going to drape that then i bought the wee battery powered lights and mum said it was silly looking so im back to the mirror garland thing.
lots of wee stores has the lighted twigs for a fiver small ones. might get a couple see what i can do. normally im good at this kinda stuff but just now drawn a complete blank!!! xx

i dont think they look that bad and are quite effective its just h2b that has no imagination sometimes lol, why dont you mock one up and add the pictures to here then you can get more people's thoughts and might just need a little tweek here and there and you and your mum may love it again x

Im having long tall black vases filled with large black flowers, purple glitter balls coming out the top and a venetian mask on the side... its a little difficult to explain but hopefully will pop a photo up soon. Im also having tea lights and purple scatter crystals.

We are having white ornate birdcages (because we can get them for free) with black and white damask candles inside, a butterfly on top and a mini garden around the bottom of the cage (mini trees, petals and stuff). Oh and we got dead cheap black table runners from ebay too :-)

Id love to have the big huge tall glasses but i dont want to buy them cos what am i going to do with them after also as we havent put our deposit down yet as we're still saving for it i dont know what our venue will offer us if anything but i also like the idea of balloons but h2b was best man at his friends wedding and they had balloons and thats kind of put me off also i couldnt see the top table properly because of them

My main centerpieces are Disney Princesses in Ceramic (my theme) and around them depending on table other characters (smaller and not ceramic) or object significant in the Disney movie, like for my table which is Beauty and the Beast I will have a glass red rose in a glass jar bell.
