Hello lovelies!

I started **511mm1ng W0r1d back in April to lose weight for the dress and I've somehow been nominated for woman of the year!!!!!! I am still in shock, my consultant has asked me to bring some photos and talk about my journey a bit on Weds at our group finals, just wondered has anyone done this before and what sort of things do I need to say?

Congratulations Louise that's amazing. I've never done Sl1mming W0rld, I lost weight through my G.P., but I'd imagine you need to talk about why you wanted to lose weight, why you joined that particular organisation, what worked for you and how you kept going. Maybe it would help to think about what you would have liked to hear from someone who had lost weight successfully when you were just starting out.
