    **RANT**
So frustrated right now.... Our wonderful stationary lady has done a fantastic job on all our bespoke items and sent everything off yesterday with an expected delivery today. The courier was enroute to us this morning (tracking online) and our parcel still hasn't turned up!! I could not be more f**ked off if I tried right now as our wedding is in just over 3 weeks and we are on holiday tomorrow so we can't even wait in for the idiots to re-deliver (not that we'd know if they were because they haven't bothered to inform us)!

The driver isn't delivering it tonight because he took on too many parcels and didn't have time to deliver ours so we are going to have to drive the 40 mile round trip to go and pick it up from the depot tomorrow morning!! Our lovely lady paid for premium service which was not cheap, twice I had to ring up to find out what was going on and the 2nd time when I rang I 'expressed my displeasure' with no apology, they didn't even ring us to tell us what the hell was going on nor acknowledge that there was any real problem with their service!! I just want to see all our stationary and now we have to waste money driving to the depot to pick it up because they can't be relied upon to do the job they were paid for!!!!!!!!! Big GRRRRR!!!!!!!!!! Then, our lady rang up to complain and they were rude and abrupt and merely said 'it's not classed as late until 10pm, ring back tomorrow' despite the fact that on their system it says unable to deliver due to workload!!!

Plus we've also spent the whole day indoors with the puppy who desperately needs walking but we couldn't go out as we were waiting in for this so we've got a very bouncy, energetic puppy with bounds of energy to exert!!

    End of rant lol xx

I think both yourselves and the person who done them complain, the courier should know his time scale. It's not your fault, or hers, it's his and the courier company.

We've tried doing that but they claim that because the end of the day time isn't until 10pm, apparently we can't complain as it's not 10pm yet which is ridiculous when they've already admitted they aren't even going to try and deliver my parcel!

Well after 10pm all put a complaint in, tell them y will be wanting petrol money to go and pick it up yourselves, specially as you've paid for a premium service which you have not had, so at the end of the day they've not lived up to their standards, trading standards could be involved, would not surprise me if you had a knock at the door later.

If you drive to the depot tomorrow, I would demand a refund on the premium rate paid and also for the petrol you had to pay for to get their because of their poor service.

Hope it all works out. X

Well there's been no knock at the door unsurprisingly so we've given in and ordered a chinese in! I'm just frustrated with their lack of concern, apology and loss of our day too.. 8-8 we've stayed in and nothing! I'll be making my thoughts known tomorrow and my lady is lodging a formal complaint too x

That's disgusting how they have treated both u and the seller!! I would complai then complain to the bosses and demand the postage back as they didn't follow through with what you paid for! As well as ur fuel and time for having to travel that way!mon a positive note just think how amazing they are going to be when u finally see them x

Well we've finally got it all sorted - our seller has lodged a formal complaint and still waiting to hear back unsurprisingly but we have managed to pick up our parcel. They were pretty useless and rude at the depot so overall, the service was pretty appalling but now we have everything we've put together a mock table - what do you all think? The flowers will be fresh ones in little jars/pots of some sort! x
