I know this sounds ridiculous but my wedding is in September and I am already getting so nervous and jittery. Not because of the ceremony, new husband, people getting on or anything but I am convinced I am going to be ill in some way.
Two years of hard work, daydreams, planning and fun would be wasted.I have never put so much effort into one day before and usually you can do whatever it is again at some point if you miss it due to illness.
I know its so silly but has anyone else been so nervous about this that they use way too much alcohol gel,try to take a ton of supplements and randomly burst into tears whenever someone sneezes?
There is a part of me that wants the wedding day to be here so all of the uncertainty is over, but being engaged has been the best time of my life and I know I will be sad when it is over. My fiancé and mum think I'm mad.
Would just like to know its not just me. Im getting a cold now. I dont get ill very often, so I hope this is it.

That's rubbish you are getting so nervous. But you really do need to relax! If you think you are going to be ill then you will be. A lot of illness is caused by you mentality. If you are stressed you will feel ill stress makes most people feel unwell e.g tummy ache/ head aches. The more you relax the less u will fell unwell I promise! Stop using hand gel all the time as tbh is won't make much of a difference any way. And supplements are a lode of rubbish too! Just eat rite get your 5 a day and you will be fine. Relax and all will be well :). Xx

It has crossed my mind, but I would try not to stress about it too much otherwise you WILL make yourself ill! I know it's easier said than done, but try and relax a little and don't stress about it so much. xx
Happily married

I'm mostly worried about getting spots like the day before! Also that I'm going to be freezing in my dress as we're getting married in April and the weather could go either way (I'm that person who's Always cold even in summer!) Try not to worry too much and I'm sure it will run smoothly on the day! X
