We did have a visit from the company in question, and felt they were over-pric, and we weren't at all confident we'd get what we wanted. Personally, I feel they're over-hyped, particularly since I've done my research and approached various other companies. I think a lot of their appeal is in the finance deals they offer as opposed to value or quality, but that may just be me.

I too have heard nothing but bad reviews from them, also our own experience with just a home visit with them was enough to know we were not going to be giving them our business. The is however anther company that make wedding rings forever that we did go with & i couldnt fault them at all!
It is a shame when people get bad service, but its an experience to learn from, albeit the hard way.
