Im sorry if this is in the wrong catergory.

With recent events causing a lot of stress my chin has erupted in huge spots, theyre absolutely awful.
I have to ask- what can I use as a preventative or at least a routine to assure I dont wind up with these zits on the big day?

I suffer with spots, not often but now and again I get Mount Etna erupting on my chin. Before the wedding for about 2 months I cut out all caffeine and I drank 3 litres of water a day. Sounds a challenge but I actually found it ok. I brought a litre bottle and added a bit of no added sugar squash to give it some flavour and just kept drinking it. Just made sure I filled it back up as soon as it was gone. Easier in the day when I was at work than when at home on the weekend but I definitely think it helped me as my skins was actually quite good for the wedding day xx

When my skin is bad I do a full facial routine. I use cl1n1qu3 3 step but there are a lot of people who do similar

Wash your face ( I use their hard soap rather than liquid but personal choice)
Exfoliate using a special toner. (You would be surprised how much this gets off even if you have washed!)
Moisturise - I love this moisturiser

Have put a link to it on your wall.

I am on a permanent no caffeine, high water diet and take multi vits but not for spots, that's for other health reason

gosh i have the worst skin ever! i wash every night with a cleansing face soap, then i use an anti spot cleansing fluid, mosturise with a lotion a night rather than a cream and then use a spot stick for any particularly bad spots then in the morning i do the same other than the spot stick and i use a cream rather than a lotion and it really has helped even my skin tone x

    Thanks ladies.
I have this real issue of a greasy feeling to my chin at the moment... hense the spots. Im trying to drink more water, I just hear completely changing your diet can also had a bad affect on your skin too so im slowly working out bad foods at the moment. That could be contributing to it....

More than anything its stress that brings out these huge spots.

Im going to try the cl3@r@sil routine, thank you!

I wash my face with a facial gel for exfoliation, then use a toner for spots, then a moisturiser, every morning and before bed. It helps a lot :) And always remove all your make up!

Can anyone recommend a foundation that will last all day for oily skin, as I always have to touch my makeup up?

I was reading an article the other day that said stubborn spots on your chin are not the same as acne spots that they are caused by your stress hormones so as well as taking good care of your skin with lots of water/healthy diet/good cleanser etc try and find some 'chill' time (if that is possible when planning a wedding?!)

I suffer with spots on my chin only no where else on my face so I am worried about them popping up for the big day too. My wedding is not until 2018 but the make up artist I have booked for the day has already started giving me tips for good skin on the day
