One of our local bars does a seven sins package - It a traditional tea party, with scones and sandwiches. Except every item contains alcohol, so vodka cocktail is poured from the teapot and scones are made with champagne jam etc. It's perfect for me, as I love tea parties and I'm not that keen on wild nights out!

I was going to have two but decided against it as it would of been too expensive in the end and buying our first house next year so got plenty more things for the money to be going on.
Im having a spa day 2 weeks before the wedding with close friends and family, then in the eve having a meal, drinks and dancing with everyone - plain and simple but looking forward to it along with the hidden surprises my sister's planned :) xx

my MOH planned mine and it was fantastic we went to a friends barn which is done up like a club, then a big shock for me a sexy stripper turned up and then not long after a pink limo pulled up outside that was fab!! we headed into town clubbing we had so much fun we were all dressed in fancy dress will have to upload some pics, we got loads on fb havent had time to go through them all!! xx

I never wanted a hen night because I don't see the point of it - after years of living together and a child what's the point of a "last" party? But admittedly the nearer it gets to the wedding and the more I read about it some sort of acknowledgment of a hen do would be nice :-))
The other problem I have - my mum, sisters, aunts and closest girlfriends all don't live in the UK - I suppoae I could have 2, one here in the UK and one in Austria if we go before the wedding. Don't know yet....
I hate most of the themes for hen dos and I once attended a cringeworthy hen do where willy straws were heavily featured. Never ever am I having that. If I'd ever opt for a theme then possibly a 50s Hawaiian Tiki Bar theme. A friend had a Mad Men theme, I loved that.

I dont drink, and was planning on going to Adonis strip cabaret show in london as a joint 25th / hen do thing as they are 2 days apart from eachother but with my MOH and sister now pregnant with one due in april and one in july. God knows what were gunna do

We hired the admirals house in bath - it was absolutely fantastic. We went to a burlesque show on the 1st night, then on the 2nd we dressed up as black cats (as was halloween weekend) and had face painters to paint our faces as cats, bare-bottomed waiter serve us cocktails and play party games at the house before we hit the town. Also did the thermae spa which was brilliant; and great shopping - best girlie weekend I've ever had xx

We are doing 'its a knock out' in nottingham during the day, then going for a meal, then back to mine to get ready, then hit town snow white style :) I am snow white (my mum used to call me snow white when she was alive as I was pale skinned, with dark hair) then I have 7 dwarves and the queen haha xxx

My first hen do is JUly 20th for the weekend 6 of us are going to London and staying at a top london hotel near covent garden and going to the theatre and eating at a floating chinese restaurant (where i proposed to Anthony) oh and lots of DRINKING hehe
My second night is in birmingham in August, we are going to the birmingham comedy club but the comedy will be that there are rodeo bulls, bungee runs, UV bubble parties, Swimming pools and much more!! So also a very crazy night!!!
Then with the girls from work I'll have a meal
Then with my family I'll have another meal
You cant keep everyone happy I've learnt this

I posted on this thread a while ago and explained that I wanted to go abroad but my Maid of Honour didn't want to leave her kids, so we'd decided on a weekend at the races. Well I am now happy to say that she has changed her mind & we're all off to BENIDORM for 3 days, Yeah! It was quite funny because when I told our kids where I was going they thought I was actually going to be on 'Benidorm' LOL, kids!!!

I got back yesterday from a weekend in Bournemouth...meal on friday night then drinks after, 2 hour cocktail class sat lunchtime, strip and drag act caberet night in the evening then entry to a club after. Have to say it was one of the best weekends ever and all my friends agreed! Including 2 nights at a hotel with brekky all in it was £180. Money VERY well spent! xx

We are heading off to Portsmouth (we live on the IOW) and we are dressing up as Where's Wally. As it has actually been tough getting outfits that fit (they are normally for size 8-14 as a general size) we are heading over there at lunch time in them, going shopping, having some food and drink, freshen up at the hotel and then head off back out again to the clubs dressed up still. Thats all I know at the moment though.

we havent decided yet. we are thinking we'll do a weekend thing - get a big apartment somewhere and have a nice girly night in (drinks, takeaway, games etc) and then sat day have a cocktail masterclass and go out vip in the evening.. our thoughts were my mum n h2b mum would like to come but wont fancy clubbing so they could come to the evening before and sat day! xx

Well im organising my own hen do because my hens have shown no interest in it at all except my sister - but shes not the most organised person bless her lol but I dont really mind too much as im super organised and loveee planning things, so im going to choose and sort most of it then my sister is going to take over collect everyones money and make sure all runs smoothly,
Im not 100% sure what to do yet firstly me, my bms and a couple of mates were going to go Magaluf for a weekend but due to fiances this wasnt a option.
I was thinking of having 2 night outs - Night 1 - Moulin Rouge theme, Party bus to a nearby town, Night club with own vip room so can play some silly games and decorate to our theme, some free drinks, goodie bags and sashes.
Night 2 - Going for a posh meal at a local cocktail lounge/restraunt so can all dress up in nice dresses have some food and drinks.
Im not 100% sure yet though i keep changing my mind theres so many things id love to do lol!!

I am also organising my own hen night as only have one bm and she will not do it for me. But I am glad cos we have very different tastes so her fun night out would not be mine. I am looking out for a spa package and then going for a meal, and then dancing and drinking. Just normal really but I like the idea of it. Some hotels do the girls night out package so looking for that. Hoping to go in jan/feb time only downside is everyone is usually skint cos of christmas x x

i had my pre hen do last nite while the lads went on there stag and we had a better nite that they did lol. i just had all the girls round at my mums house, we decorated the house with balloons and banners and what not, put on some nibbles and chocolate fondue and asked everyone to bring some drink with them. but we now have a fridge full of wine as everyone was drinking the cocktails we made lol, had 3 big jugs one we made sex on the beach, another was black russian and the other was cheeky vimpto, also made loads of jagerboms and had a tray full of vodka jelly shots and they all went down a treat everyone loved them lol. we had some silly games, willy hupla lol and my bridesmaid had also got a card game called is he mr right? she had got him to fill out the answers to the questions then she asked me the same questins to see if i got them right and they started off nice and got very rude lol how embarresing in front of my mum and nan ahahahah! i had to have a shot each one i got wrong but only got 4 out of 50 wrong so that wasnt bad lol. my actual hen do is on friday, were all meeting at my mums to pollish of the wine lol, getting a minibus to manchester having a meal and then going to bird cage then hitting the clubs, hope its as good as last nite! x

Ive finally decided what to do for mine after constantly changing my mind..i cant go back now ive put the deposits down lol
So we are doing Moulin Rouge Theme - I have found theeee NICEST costume ever which is a white corset with a short feather bustle.
Having a few drinks and munch at mine then getting a pink party coach to the next town.
Hiring a VIP room in a club which is pink and has a double bed in haha so fall into my theme and me and my bms are going down in the day to decorate it all get props ready for games and goodie bags.
Then party coach home :)

I live in one of the notorious hen night hotspots so I'm definitely not going into town!!! I will be one in a million hens!!! So one of my bm is organising a pamper party at a B&B where we can hire the whole hotel for a reasonable price and have dinner locally, and have spa treatments.
It will be such a treat for me as I'm expecting my first baby in May and we get married in November so I'm sure I will be in need of a pamper by then!!!

I'm being a bit of a bore to some people, since I'm not a massive party goer and I hardly drink, so the plan is a meal and the theatre or vice versa.
We might do a day time thing and have a hens vs stags day and then in the evening split to do our won thing. It's in the planning process at the moment, it depends who can make it to what and who would do it.

Really enjoying reading all the hen ideas. Last year we went to Manchester on my sisters hen party & went to the bird cage one of the night & it was fantastic, had a brilliant weekend, drinking eating & shopping. Don't know what to do for mine, so many things I'd like to do :) x

We are going to Sing-a-Long-a GREASE Party Night in Bournemouth don't know if you've been to a Singalonga show before but I went to Sing-a-Long-a Sound of Music and had a great time. You dress up as your favourite thing or character from the film , interact and cheer your favourite characters and sing along to the movie. It was such good fun we thought we'd go to GREASE and as its all under one roof we are having spa treatments in the day followed by afternoon tea then the event in the evening, which includes a drink a buffet the show and a disco til 1am. My Mum's coming so if she get's too tired she can sneak off to her room early.
So excited should be great fun I think we are going to go as Pink Ladies!

I'm not a big drinker and had enough of clubbing when I worked in one so I am having a nice meal out for 8 of us and then going to a comedy club. H2B is doing a Top Gear style challenge, 4 teams of 4 men, all put in £125 so each team has £500 to buy a car, drive to the Nurburgring and back over a weekend. I can see that ending in disaster!!

Well I found out that one of the stags who is a really good friend of mine aswell is trying to organise the hens vs stags thing and wants to make a whole weekend of it, so I might just leave the whole hen do and stag do to him since he's looking into a vs type of thing.
