My Dad has been a Postie for nearly 30years, I really want to have a Post Box at our reception for collecting cards, I'd love to buy one but can't find them for less than £250- any ideas? Happy to renovate one. Anyone got one to sell? We're based in Newcastle and Wiltshire.

These can readily be hired nationwide. Don't buy one, whatever you do! Hey come in various guises, but will put a link on your wall to kick you off...

My dad has also been a postman for nearly that long and I am doing the same. I found someone renting them near where I work for £30 for the whole weekend x

Definitely recommend hiring one out as the real thing costs a bomb. But they do have them on the bay of e from time to time, so it's worth checking out x

pinch one? HAHA only joking :)

I liked this idea! I wanted a red letter box/post box for the venue and then to take home and have outside. A lady down my road has a gorgeous red one and she gave me the site to buy one...£500! Rather not :/
