does anyone know if its possible to get a refund if you dont like your dress when it comes from china ,someone i work with has got one she doesnt like,it was cheap but the postage was £100 so i suppose she will lose that bit

dont think pay pal will help,it does look a bit like the pic but its really thin satin and she cant get the creases out as it came shrink wrapped

l agree with nic if she paid with paypal opena dispute you would be surprised, do not get inot any back and forth conversations with supplier as time will run out( l got stung ouch!!) most of the suppliers are good and will sort the issue after one e-mail you have to send them one to give them a chance to sort the issue, remeber many of them say they make dresses of the finest quality ect so if its not up to scratch then dispute, many of the girls on here have dresses from china and are very very pleased pic looks stunning x
