Great question list really helpful others one we asked were 1. do you charge for cutting and serving up the wedding cake (some places do even if not served for dessert) 2. if we have our own entertainment what do you require and what is available (our hotel wants to see PAT testing certificates and check what space electric supplies your band/dj needs) 3. if having a photo booth is there space near a plug socket (my friends was too big and ended up in entrance hall which wasnt exclusive space to wedding)

They are there to answer your questions! I'm sure it's nothing they haven't been asked before. The likelihood is they might even cover your questions in general conversation anyway so you can mentally tick things off as you go x
