Wear something you are comfortable in but is also you. If you try to dress up in something you aren't happy in or isn't your usual style it will shoe in your face that you weren't comfortable.
Could you stick with the skinny black jeans and wear a lighter material on top or go short sleeves or strappy top to help stay cooler? X

Yes it's like an engagement shoot. We got it as part of our wedding photography package. I went with black skinny jeans, white vest and a pink short sleeve cardigan.

does everyone thing a pre wedding shoot is worth the extra, i guess it makes sense. im going to see our wedding photographer next week and considering asking her.

Ours was included in our package, realy helps getting you relaxed and happy in front of the camera. We have bought one of the pictures for our signing board. It also allows the photographer to find your good and bad sides, what bits you you that you hate and what parts look good on camera
