I pay £2.50 p/m for being a power user and I can use all the benefits but it doesn't show when I reply on forums etc, am also a bit confused on the hearts, do I have 4 gold hearts as it shows on my page (I can see it their) or am I still on silver or pink hearts, sorry for being a bit dim and thank you in advance xx

Hi Kelly, if you are paying you should be a power user, it wouldn't matter what colour your hearts are.

Your page is restricted which is probably why none of it shows up on the forum posts. If you un-restrict it then it should come up xx

It may also have something to do with your profile being restricted, as this then leaves some information off your forum posts, if you unrestrict your profile, then your stars will appear next to your name

You get the power user symbol when you pay but you still need to get the points to get the hearts that wouldn't change I'm afraid! Usually the symbol and the hearts don't show on the forum when your profile is set to restricted so if you change this to public or friends then they will pop up on the forum. If you need help un restricting your profile inbox me happy to help!
