    Good afternoon ladies,

I've finally decided to become a power user, yayyy! So have decided to do a wedding planning diary for our £5k budget wedding on the 25/04/2015.

So what we've done so far:

    Church- approx £500

Venue- we've booked a lovely little village hall with a meadow at a cost of £423

    Capri marquee-£700

    Hog roast for 150 people-£750

My dress, a brand new charlotte balbier from the bay- £202

    Bridesmaids, H&m sale- £40 for all 4

    Rings- mine-£27, H2B-£50

Entertainment (photobooth, bouncy castle and candy floss)-£400

    Photographer (colleague)-£200

    DJ (colleague)- £200

Transport (vintage VW beetle, owned by a friend- £50

Suits are coming from f0rmally y0urs for £450

    Flowers- quoted £200

Hair and make up (best friends)- £160

Stationary- save the dates have gone out and cost £20, invites will cost £40

Which so far is a total of £4112 :D

I shall post some pictures of everything :D xx

The capri marquee, they're really quite cool and cheaper than normal marquees!

That marquee looks amazing all lit up. You should get some nice photos at the village hall.

The flowers that we've chosen, just plain gypsophilia, really cheap but really quite effective!

These are ideas that I have and want to do.

I'm going to buy a vintage bureau, decorate it and make it look pretty to put the sweet table jars and stuff on! One less table cloth to hire! A bit like this....

And for my hen do, I really am not a fan of bright pink sashes so my and h2bs cousin are going to make these, I LOVE them!

The marquees do look amazing. We're having coloured up lighter in the corners, then having led fairy lights around the arches inside :)

    Aww thanks :D

They're on a website that's not on the high street. They're £22.50 but would be so much cheaper to make and lovely to keep :) xx
